    Position Summary:
    Working under general supervision, the Marketing Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Corporate and On Demand Sales and Marketing teams.

    Essential Functions:
    • Refine and develop new collateral, PowerPoints, and various other sales materials
    • Coordinate Webinars and online events for sales & marketing team
    • Update company website as required
    • Coordinate trade show events for supply chain division
    • Work with various outside vendors to complete projects
    • Support sales & marketing team with annual Customer Conference efforts
    • Track and approve invoices and various vendor contracts
    • Maintain customer data base within SalesForce
    • Create and manage monthly customer newsletter

    Knowledge & Background:
    • Self-starter with exceptional problem-solving skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Highly organized, detailed and customer-oriented
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner
    • Professional demeanor with the capability to interact and maintain both internal and external relationships

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, CIS, Business, or related field
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    • Knowledge of HTML and Adobe Design programs
    • 0 — 2 years experience preferred ; experience in related field a plus
