MARKETING COORDINATOR

Reports to: Marketing Director

The Marketing Coordinator position is responsible for assisting in the development of marketing plans and assisting in the creation and execution of advertisements and advertising strategies. This position requires that the candidate work independently without direct supervision.

Requires some working outside the normal Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm and could include some weekend hours as well as overnight stays at out of town events. As with all CellularOne positions, this position requires actions and behaviors that promote a positive and supportive working environment at all times. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Assist with Marketing Reports as requested by Market Managers
• Assists the Marketing Manager with the printing and distribution of all Sales Collateral and Signage, developing cheat sheets, ordering point-of-sale materials (monthly) and incentives.
• Assists in determining the resources required to successfully complete the event.
• Communicate with outside vendors, property owners, municipalities and other entities to ensure the successful planning and execution of events. Coordinates the activities of the CellularOne grills and cook staff, and orders food and supplies necessary for this responsibility.
• Responsible for Social Media posts, Acquisition eBlasts and SMS blasts to customers
• Handling all Statement Messaging, On Hold Messaging and Website postings
• Assists in the maintenance and updating of the company intranet, public website, calendars, Customer eNewsletter as well as being responsible for internal newsletter input on behalf of Marketing Department.
• Faxes, copies and files correspondence for the Marketing Department.
• Delivers and picks up materials from vendors as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

Marketing degree or equivalent industry experience preferred. Experience with the following programs is a must CorelDraw, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Dreamweaver. Must be an expert with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
