This position requires an individual who can achieve results while promoting positive community relations & strengthening reputation. The Director will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting tours, performing effective follow-ups, managing lead tracking software, & securing deposits, move-ins, & developing referral sources. Must have at least 3 years of progressive marketing experience in assisted living, healthcare or senior living industry & possess general computer skills to include email, Microsoft Office & lead tracking software.
