Canadian Investor with expanding residential real estate holdings in the Phoenix area requires immediately an aggressive SALES ORIENTED Marketing Expert / Leasing Agent.
Responsibilities will be as follows:
1. To increase and maintain rental occupancy rates in our portfolio of apartment homes and single family properties.
2. To minimize delinquency losses by sound tenant screening as well as aggressive collection procedures.
3. General property management administration.

Sales and marketing abilities and motivation are absolutely essential. A reliable vehicle is required. Basic salary plus leasing bonuses.
