Marketing Manager for Home Health Care (Tucson)

This Marketing Manager will be responsible for expanding Accessible Home Health Cares’ business by generating referrals for home care by building relationships with physicians, long term care, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources. Responsibilities include market analysis, developing sales strategy, goals and plans, conducting sales calls, and evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity. The Marketing Manager will support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, results driven, and able to develop and build strong, lasting relationships. Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical. Recent home health care marketing experience is required. The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community.
Description:
• Evaluate results and effectiveness of sales activity
• Generate patient referrals from customers and continue to grow the number of referrals over time.
• Consistently establish and maintain professional relationships with all referral sources, including physicians, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and hospital personnel, including but not limited to case managers, discharge planners and other appropriate referral sources.
• Develop a sales plan and territory routing schedule
• Work efficiently and maximize time with decision makers
• Prioritize activities to meet monthly and quarterly growth projections.
• Meet or exceed all growth and development targets and actively establish and maintain market awareness
Requirements:
• An ideal candidate will have sales / marketing background in home health care or healthcare services such as pharmaceutical sales.
• Bachelor’s degree and related healthcare experience and knowledge preferred.
• Two or more years of sales experience with proven results desirable.
