Perform functions assigned in the stock and tool rooms. Issues, stocks, controls and maintains all stock categories, work order material, and controlled tooling. Properly stores inventory and parts to prevent damage or deterioration and facilitate issuance to maintenance workers.

Conducts periodic and annual material inventory, insures adequate levels of inventory are maintained and reports potential shortages/overages to supervisors.

Makes accurate inventory and charge out data entry. Insures material released from inventory or work order status is charged out on the appropriate documents and data entry of the charge outs is timely. Makes database corrections promptly, when required.
