Medical Assistant

Currently seeking a Medical Assistant for a family owned Medical Weight Loss Office. We are seeking a professional that has the ability to work in a fast paced environment. This candidate will also be organized, able to adapt to changing settings, and excited to be part of a growing team.

Skills:

- Able to prioritize situations in a fast paced environment
- Preparing patients for consultations
- Reviewing patients charts
- Sterilizing instruments
- Scheduling and admitting patients

Requirements:
– Knowledge of medical terms
– Proficient with computers
– Must have the ability to lift 15 to 20 pounds
– Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time
– Medical Assistant Certification
–Must have a positive attitude
–Personal presentation must be professional
–Must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen with empathy
–Prior healthcare or spa experience is valuable
