We have entered into a long-term contract with multiple large medical practices throughout the valley that expect superior support. We are a small, tight knit team looking to add a talented individual who is passionate about providing superior customer service.
 

 
Required Skills:
 

 
• Windows Servers – Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting.
 
• Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, AD etc. Windows advanced Troubleshooting, Virus/Malware Removal, BSOD, etc.
 
• Exchange Server installation, configurations and troubleshooting.
 
• Understanding of Name Servers, MX records and mail issues
 
• Ability to troubleshoot network issues from client machines, servers and ISP
 
•Networking (Wired, Wireless (802.x), Router, TCP/IP troubleshooting, VPN, Firewall Configurations, cabling Data and Voice, etc).
 
• Repair RAID(s)
 
• Min. 3 years PC Troubleshooting, Repair Experience, and Networking Experience

The qualified candidate should be able to handle all major or minor PC / Server repair issues from virus and spyware removal, to hardware troubleshooting and network maintenance / setup. Candidate should also be outgoing, personable and well groomed, as well as have experience servicing business customers. A professional demeanor and appearance are necessary, and are strictly enforced.
 

 
Availability to work until the job is done is required (all time worked is compensated). Anyone who has worked in this field knows the responsibilities.
