Partial list of tasks and responsibilities:
•Field service calls
•Server-level implementations
•Networking (i.e. routers, firewalls, switches) troubleshooting
•Assist fellow team members
•Provide exceptional customer support to our client base
Skills / Requirements:
Network hardware and Networking fundamentals
Knowledge of all Microsoft technologies including Server 2008 and Windows 7
Exceptional verbal communication skills
Excellent telephone etiquette and organizational skills
At least 1 year experience in computer related field
Highly Preferred:
Extensive knowledge of Windows 2008, SQL Server 2008, and Exchange
Cisco/Sonicwall knowledge
EMR/EHR software experience

Pay: $12.00 to $14.00/hour D.O.E.
Work hours: 8AM-5PM M-F (some weekend project work)
All employees are hired on a 90-day contract prior to permanent employment.
