Network/Help Desk Technician (Wickenburg, AZ)

We are currently seeking a Network/Help Desk Technician to fill a full-time position. Reporting to COO, you’ll be responsible for providing technical support and accurate solutions for computer, network and telephony issues.
Main Responsibilities:
Responding to staff requests for support via telephone and e-mail
Identifying and resolving hardware, software and operator problems
Tracking issues and trouble tickets until resolved
Maintaining computer hardware and softwareKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Microsoft SQL 2008
Microsoft Exchange 2003
Windows 2000, XP, Vista and 7
Networking protocols including TCP/IP, DHCP, WINS and DNS
Active Directory and IIS
Strong analytical and logical problem solving skills
SEO & Google AnalyticsRequirements:
A+ Required (Network+, MCP or MCSA Preferred)
Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Background check required
