Creative Therapy with Kid Talk & Play is seeking additional Speech Language Pathologists and/or CFYs; Physical Therapists and/or Physical Therapists Assistants; and Occupational Therapists and/or COTAs; to provide services on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to special needs children in a clinical setting or home based therapy. Our unique clinic provides a setting which allows therapists to be able to co-treat with other professionals. Part-time hours are an excellent way to earn extra income while enhancing your overall portfolio of skills.

Responsibilities:
 

 
He or She is responsible for:
 

 
* Providing skilled therapy care to clients with impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.
 
* Daily data collection and progress notes.
 
* Coordinating OT/PT/SLP care with other in-house providers to ensure the highest quality patient care.
 
* Consult with other professionals regarding patient care.
 
* Attend weekly multidisciplinary meetings.
