We currently have a position available for an on-site graphic designer to support a local market covering the Phoenix area. The main responsibilities include capturing design requests from sales representatives, creating unique designs and managing the print process with our proprietary print management system.

RESPONSIBILITIES
<br>
• Collect local design requests from sales representatives and managers
<br>
• Input them into our proprietary software application
<br>
• Design per request
<br>
• Print rush projects and proofs on-site when needed
<br>
• Coordinate print scheduling, design approval or modifications
<br>
• Receive and inspect inventory and distribute finished material
<br>
• Coordinate month-end billings
<br>
• Data Entry
<br>

SKILLS:
<br>
• Organization and versatility. Multi-tasking is the standard operating procedure; handling multiple jobs, data input, taking direction and managing schedules are an everyday reality. Design can sometimes take a backseat to order management
<br>
• Fast and Creative Thinkers: You MUST be able to bring at least 5 to 10 projects from idea to print in less than 48 hour on a regular basis
<br>
• Fast and accurate typing skills
<br>
• Exceptional communicator and problem solver
<br>
• Strong sense of customer service
<br>
• Comfortable working in a PC environment
<br>
• BFA or BA in Graphic Arts desired
<br>

<br>
ADDITIONAL SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED BUT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT):

• Work in the alcohol beverage industry. This includes server, waitress, waiter or bartender experience
<br>
• Print and Pre-Press knowledge or work in related industry
<br>
