A large, Arizona-based non-profit organization is recruiting an experienced Onsite IT Support Technician.
This is an excellent career opportunity. We are looking for an IT professional with experience providing high quality IT support to work as part of our regional, onsite IT Support team. You must have a minimum three years of help desk and field experience to qualify. This is NOT an entry level position and your prior experience must be recent.

This is contract for hire position.

Responsibilities:

Point of contact for technical support for all client offices in the southeast valley.

-Extensive technical support/troubleshooting. Includes:
-PC’s & Laptops
-Printers
-BlackBerries / Mobile Devices
-Telephones
-Audio Visual systems
-Peripheral Equipment
-Performs on-site hardware and OS repairs and upgrades.
-Receives, evaluates and prioritizes all support calls. Provides technical support and consultation to resolve issue(s).
-Document all requests and maintain ticket tracking database.
-Coordinates and facilitates all desktop/laptop and phone set-ups
-Assist with training

Ideal candidate must be comfortable with a fast-paced environment and have the ability to prioritize activities and have outstanding problem solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are a must.

Candidate must also have and maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license, maintain automobile insurance coverage and have access to an automobile.

Our firm requires certification (CompTia A+ and/or Microsoft)

Must be able to pass technical skills assessment, background/criminal check and drug screening process. Must have a clean driving record.

Core office hours are Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Must be available to for after hours on-call support and weekend/holiday coverage as needed.
