We are headquartered in Dallas, Texas and will be opening offices in Phoenix and surrounding areas in January 2012.     Responsibilities:
    • Conduct consultations with new clients developing individualized programs to motivate clients for long term Success while providing education on the science of weight loss
    • Leading your team to meet weekly goals and expectations
    • Provide exceptional client service and motivation to team and clients
    • Lead staff in procedures, policies and tasks
    • Drive excellent sales, customer service and communication skills
    • Effective communication skills both over the phone and face-to-face
    • Hire, train, motivate and manage a team of high performing nutritional weight loss sales and service consultants
    • Develop and direct business development activities in multiple locations
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant work experience in weight management, health or fitness)
    • Plus 3 years of management/leadership experience in sales, business development, and/or operations management with people management responsibilities
    • Smart, sharp, driven, organized with an entrepreneurial spirit
    • Ability to work in a complex environment while driving team sales goals and delivering results
    • Ability to work 10-6pm and later as needed. Some Saturday as dictated by the needs of the centers
    • Basic understanding of the science of weight loss and healthy lifestyles
    • High proficiency using a computer and MicroSoft Office applications
    • High energy and build strong client relationships
    • Have strong interpersonal skills & assertive personality with proven ability to reach goals
    • Proven leadership experience in a fast paced sales environment
    • Will ensure exceptional customer service with key emphasis on client success in weight loss
    • Possess the ability to manage multiple on-going tasks
    • Excellent time management skills and will actively participate in direct customer service activities
    • Ability to work and train employees at multiple locations
    • Someone willing to go the extra mile and not a 9 to 5′er clock puncher

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 3 years sales management experience with proven track record of success
    •Interest in health, medical, naturopathic remedies, weight loss, nutrition and/or physical fitness are desirable.
