Part-time loan processor. Must have FHA, VA and conventional loan proecessing experience. Very informal broker office in the far Northwest Valley. Must be able to work independently, solve problems, commumicate effectlvely with borrowers, wholesale lenders and underwriters. Hours are as needed mostly mornings but longer hours as business volume increases.
