This opportunity is a permanent PART TIME work from home position.

The ideal candidate is probably retired from a recruiting position or a stay at home parent that has an HR or recruiting background and is looking for 12-15 hours of work per week. This will be a permanent ongoing part time position.

You must have recruited telesales representatives successfully in the past….and…. ideally but not totally necessary you have some experience in the communications industry with companies and services such as Qwest, AT&T and Verizon etc.

The position will be to write and place recruitment ads, screen ad responses, interview potential candidates by phone, do reference and background checks when appropriate. Then pass on only the top qualified individuals for an in office interview with the Project Mgr.

You MUST have experience with a strong proven ability to select qualified and honest candidates.

Our facility is located in the Scottsdale Air Park in Arizona and we have a 12 year very successful history in our business model.

The remuneration of this position will be exceptional based on exceptional performance only….it will have substantial upside for the successful candidate.

It will have a very nominal salary, plus a bonus for each candidate hired that is successful and finally a percentage of the ongoing income of all the individuals successfully employed by our company through your efforts.

We want to increase and maintain this program to 25 sales reps over time.
