Well-established nationwide provider of superior property management services is seeking a highly motivated Part Time Seasonal Groundskeeper in the Tucson area!

Ideal candidates will be self-motivated and energetic with the ability to bring experience and expertise to the position. Successful candidates will assist with the day-to-day maintenance operations of the apartment community, aimed at maintaining the company’s continued success.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Daily inspection of grounds and collection and removal of all trash and debris to maintain curb appeal.
• Watering grounds and landscaping as necessary.
• Cleaning of all common areas.
• Maintenance of pool, including assurance of proper chemical balance.
• Removal of trash from vacated apartments and assisting in “make ready” process as required.
• Assistance with transferring appliances when necessary.
• Distribution of resident notices.
• Completion of apartment work orders as assigned by Supervisor.
• Reporting any damage or safety hazards immediately to Supervisor.
• Maintain courteous, helpful demeanor with owners, residents, prospective residents, co-workers, vendors, etc.
• Performing all other duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.
• Must be available to be on emergency on-call rotation

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Knowledge of pool maintenance, make ready process and general grounds care.
