I am seeking one or two personal assistants for administrative duties (see details below), domestic duties, and special projects (INCLUDING domestic duties) at my home/home office. One position is temporary with the possibility of a stable part time position and the other is long term part time/full time.

About the Company/Myself
<br>
I am located in Tempe off Rural and Apache. I am a fun boss as long as I am receiving 100% effort from you. The work is fast paced, but the environment is typically fun and positive. I work best with leader/positive/go-getter attitudes. I often need to describe a problem and expect you to come back to me with the solution without needing much help. You will be working from your own house as well as in my home office, so trust and cleanliness is key.

My business deals with solar technology so If you have an interest in this area I encourage you to apply as you will learn a lot along the way about working within the industry, it will provide a wonderful learning opportunity and a possible internship on the application side of the company.

Work Hours
<br>
The work hours will vary. There will typically be a set 2-3 days and hours per week and some floating times based on my needs (For example: all day Monday, half day Tuesday Thursday, and a couple hours sometimes on Saturday). I will ask you to work some Saturdays if there is extra work, but not every weekend. Sometimes I will ask you to stay late or come early. It all depends. For much of the work, you will have the ability to work from home as well.

General Skills Needed
<br><br>
-Must be very organized, work quickly and efficiently, have ability to multitask, and have good interpersonal and communications skills. Honesty and punctuality are critical. Because we make the schedule together I do not expect many cancellations. General admin duties (i.e. Data entry, computer tasks, drafting letters, responding to e-mails, addressing envelopes, answering phones/transcribing messages, dropping off/picking up office supplies, research)

Specific Skills Needed/Task Examples

A. Advanced admin duties (i.e. organizing computer system files, setting up computer hardware (such as wireless printer or network),

B. Accounting management – Maintain financial records using accounting software.
<br>
C. Multimedia and design (i.e. Company newsletter, video editing, designing fliers)
<br>
D. Occasional errands (i.e. Car to car wash, pick up package at post office, grocery shopping, etc)
<br>
E. Weekly housecleaning (i.e. wipe counters, organize, dishes, clean bathrooms, sweep garage/patio, laundry, etc)
<br>
F. Occasional entertainment preparation (i.e. cook dinner for guests, set party table)
