Description
Simon Law Group, PLLC has an opening for an experienced personal injury paralegal (pre-litigation and litigation). Duties include intake of potential client calls, management of full case load and extensive communication with clients, prepare discovery including Rule 26.1 disclosure statements, answers to interrogatories and production requests; summarize medical records; prepare arbitration, mediation and trial notebooks; perform administrative work directly related to the management of case files.

Requirements
This is a full-time position which requires a minimum of three years recent Arizona litigation experience in personal injury; strong organization skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience in electronic filing in both State and Federal Courts; must have strong computer skills along with the ability to learn software applications quickly; must be a self-starter and able to function in a fast-paced independent work envirornment.
