Job Description:
Temp to perm Certified Pharmacy Technician position in great mail order pharmacy environment.  This position works closely with Clinical Care pharmacists to provide accurate and appropriate information to participants and/or physicians as it relates to the dispensing of prescription medications. Delivers the highest quality customer service through the execution of responsiveness, reliability, assurance/confidence, empathy, and professionalism on every interaction in a fast paced pharmacy call center environment.Functions as primary resource in handling customer contacts via telephone or internet ranging from routine to complex. Responsiveness, reliability, ability to express assurance/confidence, ability to express empathy, professionalism, PC skills in Windows-based applications, advanced verbal/written communication skill, team-oriented, customer service focus, ability to identify process improvements, self-directed, and practical application of knowledge and skills learned in training.

Job Requirements:
Must be slighty flexible with hours (be able to work overtime occassionally). Must be a certified pharmacy technician in ArizonaMust be okay with a temp to perm position (will go permanent within 3-6 months depending on tardiness, attendence and performance)** Detail Oriented **Good Solid Computer Skills **Takes job seriously **Takes pride in their work **MUST BE Attendance Dependable (there every day, on time, not overly long breaks, etc)
