Primary Responsibilities:
<br>

<br>
Affiliate and Advertiser Recruitment
<br>

<br>
o Execute recruitment plan with updates and adjustments on a monthly basis. When appropriate, work with affiliate vendors to help in execution of recruitment activities
<br>
o Oversee and facilitate affiliate application approval process
<br>
o Evaluate all recruiting activities monthly and make adjustments if needed
<br>
o Target strategic affiliates and Advertisers to recruit on a weekly.
<br>
o Serve as contact point for both new prospects and other businesses contacts regarding potential affiliate/advertising deals. Answer program implementation and pricing questions; ensure smooth transition to implementing new partners
<br>
Affiliate Management
<br>
o Creation of weekly emails to affiliate/advertiser base to notify them of new initiatives, special programs and promotions, sales techniques and best selling methods
<br>
o Assist with affiliate emails and phone calls
<br>
o Segmentation and analysis of affiliate base on weekly basis
<br>
o Execute inactive affiliate campaigns.
<br>
o Develop performance incentives to reward top affiliates
<br>
o Replace poor-performing and older links with fresh creative.
<br>
o Build relationships by means of email or phone with top affiliates/advertisers’
<br>
o Prepare monthly reports sales/unit reports
<br>

<br>
Affiliate Program Management
<br>
o Provide monthly program reporting as per the business specifications.
<br>
o Coordinate affiliate payment process without affiliate vendors and LeadPile finance department
<br>
o Work with web ops on any changes/updates required for affiliate ordering sites.
<br>
o Create, administers and Analyze annual Affiliate Survey
<br>
o Monitoring of affiliate sites for inappropriate use.
<br>
o Launch: . Manage the *operational tasks* associated with product launches. Liaison with LeadPIle and Affiliates/ Advertisers on new product offerings, ongoing offers/bundles, special affiliate offer pages, banner trafficking, loading and distribution.

~Managing complex/multi-brand affiliate programs
<br>
~Managing affiliates network agencies – Commission Junction, Linkshare, etc
<br>
~Experience with Excel, Microsoft Office
<br>
~Experience building relationships with affiliate partners/advertisers.
<br>
~BtoB Marketing Experience
<br>
~Experience managing other online channels – PPC, SEO, Display
