Pass a drug test & submit to a background check
-Prior experience with Yardi
-Has supervised more than 3 persons at a time
-Can work in a fast paced environment
-Thinks critically and responds accordingly
-Strong Marketing Skills and thinks outside the box
- Can cross train teammembers
-Prior experience with turning units, requisitions, and work orders
-Bilingual (not required but preferred)
-LIHTC experience helpful
