Candidate must have experience and knowledge of skin care cosmetics and their formulation process. This position requires the desired candidate to develop product from start to finish. Including formulating the cosmetic product, create, promote and implement a product strategy (for all company brands). The candidate will seek to expand into different marketing channels, and to explore new concepts and brands, under the vision of a “multi-brand” cosmetic company.

This position will be expected to monitor all aspects of a product lifecycle, including long and short term development and marketing. Stays abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure the product’s competitive position. Interfaces with product managers and clients to determine the product’s future direction.

Education: Degree in Chemistry a must. Degree in Marketing a plus.
