Production coordinator/Customer service (24th St. & Southern in Phoenix)

  • Small friendly 10 year old business in need of a responsible, organized multi-tasker to coordinate customer jobs, schedule installations and deal with customer service issues.  
     
    *Hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm  
    *Must be comfortable being the only one in the office on rare occasions 
    *Must be able to work independantly 
    *Excellent attendance and punctuality is essential for this position 
    *You will work closly with the owners/ salespeople and production manager to insure contracts are complete, create the job sheets as to the salespersons specifications, order materials, track the jobs from beginning to end, run exception reports dailiy and weekly and handle customer service issues.  
    *Provide administrative support as needed includiding special projects and acting as backup for phone support including sales calls 
     
    Education requirements: 
    *Highschool diploma or equivalent 
    *College degree preferred 
    *3 years office and customer service experience (construction or manufactuing a plus) 
     
    Other skills 
    * Must be advanced at word/excel/access/outlook 
    *Good math skills is a huge plus
