Position Description
<br>
EBI is seeking an experienced environmental professional for a Program Manager position. In this role you will help us manage and continue to grow our Telecommunications business. It is a multi-faceted role that will include Phase I ESA and NEPA report reviewing, client management, staff development and mentoring as well as occasional fieldwork.
<br>

Candidates must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences, 5 years of field assessment experience, and at least two years in an ESA/NEPA report reviewer role. Candidates should have an advanced and detailed understanding of the wide range of Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) and other adverse environmental issues that are commonly present at residential, commercial, municipal, and industrial properties and possess a strong ability to analyze multiple, complex, overlapping site issues. Acute attention to detail and superior technical report writing skills along with excellent client management abilities are critical to success.
