Award winning Scottsdale Custom Home builder looking for a full time qualified EXCEPTIONAL field superintendent. Applicant must have 5 years local experience.  
 
Position Responsibilities: 
• Planning, scheduling & supervising all field activities for each project. 
• Supervising & approving quality of work. 
• Scheduling materials, vendors, subcontractors & inspections. 
• Overseeing jobsite safety including fall protection & Maricopa County Dust Compliance. 
• Working with project team members; designers, engineers, inspectors, trades, & clients. 
 
Requirements: 
• Strong leadership skills. 
• Must be resourceful, intuitive and possess excellent judgment. 
• Must be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. 
• 5+ years of experience as a residential or commercial construction Superintendent in new construction in the Phoenix area. 
• Complete understanding of construction systems & procedures, codes, schedules, safety requirements, construction documents, computer programs. 
• Must have the ability to keep detailed records. 
• Well versed in complex structures. 
• Must have reliable full size pick up truck & valid AZ drivers license. 
• Non smoker preferred. 
• Well groomed & professional. 
• Well organized & self motivated.
