Kazal Fire Protection, Inc., is currently reviewing resumes/application for a Project Manager to join our Management team. The following are requirements that an applicant must possess:

Field/Design experience in the Fire Protection Industry, knowledge of NFPA 13 codes, ability to read blueprints, shop drawings and specifications, a knowledge of all contract documents , a clear communication skill, familiar with the billing process, proficient computer skills, be a team leader, work well with co-workers and field personnel.

Responsibilities to include:

Review all contract documents related to projects
Review all RFI’s and ASI’s related to projects
Produce Change Orders
Review fire protection design drawings, submittals, etc.
Coordination of fabrication and field installation
Generate Schedule of Values for billing purposes
Calculate monthly billing percentages
Attend job site coordination and office meetings
Manage project progress and completion
Provide close out documentation
