Property Manager / Assistant

  • Our company has an opening for an Assistant Property Manager.
    <br>

    <br>
    Responsible for:
    <br>
    Assisting the Property Manager and General Manager with the day-to-day operation of the property.
    <br>
    Responding to telephone inquiries.
    <br>
    Greeting prospects.
    <br>
    Lease coordination.
    <br>
    Organising Maintenance.
    <br>
    Showing apartments, sending thank-you notes and follows-up with prospects.
    <br>
    May prepare time cards and payroll for our on-site employees.
    <br>
    Setting of budgets.
    <br>

    <br>
    Required skills/experience:
    <br>
    Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and %.
    <br>
    Ability to read, and interpret documents such as safety rules.
    <br>
    Computer skills (including MS Word, Excel, and e-mail).
    <br>
    Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
    <br>
    Available to work weekends, evenings as needed.
    <br>
    Strong customer service and communication skills.
    <br>
    Ability to work with others as a team member to accomplish projects.
    <br>
