husband needs landscaping-AND HANDYMAN- skills to maintain ranch- and LIGHT MECHANICAL SKILLS to make ranch/construction equipment ready for sale (oilchanges, charging batteries and cleaning.)
 

 
wife needs to sell all ranch, construction equipment and materials on ebay, craigslist and other sides within 120 days!
 

 
for this service over a period of 4 month we offer $ 1000 per month plus commissions out of equipment sales.
 

 
equipment is in high demand and should sell without any problems within a much shorter time period than 120 days!
 

 
we provide 1500feet ranchhouse for $300 per month.
 

 
any interested couple has to have car, cell phone, camera + laptop/ pc with aircard (only aircards this far west give you internet connection!) and HAS to live on the ranch to secure it till everything is sold.
