Real Estate Advertising & Marketing Specialist (Phoenix)

    Long established Phoenix Auction firm seeking advertising and marketing specialist with proven expertise in marketing premiere Real Estate

    Scope of Position: The successful candidate will plan, design, develop, and deliver all advertising collateral for Luxury & Real Estate brand for Phoenix based auction firm, including all aspects of brand advertising and strategy for web, print, social media, email, direct mail, special events, and more.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and develop marketing strategy for commercial and residential real estate & Luxury brand auction projects for the entire development cycle from conceptualization, design, pricing to development and delivery of marketing collateral and sales strategies.
    • Create, distribute and measure response to all real estate & luxury brand auction promotional initiatives including websites, newsletters, presentations, flyers, social media, direct mail, special events, and branding opportunities.
    • Research, prepare and maintain auction marketing budget for projects
    • Create and maintain marketing calendar for auction projects.
    • Works closely with printers and distribution entities to ensure timely execution and delivery of project marketing milestones.
    • Establishes and maintains contacts with external partners and vendors including advertising representatives, media contacts, etc.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Two years Real Estate Marketing experience including print, web, social media, campaign strategy, project management
    • Proven ability to increase sales and profit; demonstrated analytic, organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
    • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
    • Ability to meet strict deadlines.
    • Business, Design and or Marketing degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Real Estate marketing experience.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, MS Office, Social Media
