Need Real Estate Legal Assistant for Part Time / Full Time Position
Northeast Scottsdale law firm has an opening for a Real Estate Legal Assistant for employment beginning between January 12th and January 19th, 2012.
Description & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and grammar
- Must be organized and personable on the phone
- Typing 50+ wpm
- Real estate background required- Responsibilities include:
- coordinate with client, realtor, title companies and lenders
- submission of all paperwork by deadlines
- work with borrowers on hardship letters, budgets, etc.
- handling multiple files and clients- Applicant must have:
- good problem solving skills
- excellent computer skills
- must be detailed and organized
- a “can-do” attitude
- familiarity with real estate lending documents and title work- All Applicants MUST include the following with their submission:
