    Busy real estate office needs GREAT Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to take care of various aspects of residential real estate transactions in the Tucson area. This person will work as part of a team in a fast paced, exciting environment in a professional Real Estate office.

    This position will allow a person to quickly learn about Real Estate contracts, the process for purchasing a home and investing in real estate. This position requires a reliable person who can be trusted to complete assignments quickly.

    Responsibilities:

    1) Track and facilitate the completion of tasks needed to list properties for sale.
    2) Process offers and counter offers from buyers and sellers.
    3) Complete documentation for transactions.
    4) Track and facilitate the completion of tasks to repair and maintain properties during marketing.

    Requirements:

    1) Knowledge of computer processes and management of files
    2) Have an interest in real estate
    3) Work as a part of a team and help others to succeed
    4) Motivated and reliable
    5) Purty Gud Speeling & Englesh
    6) An AWESOME attitude!
