Receptionist/ Admin Assistant/ Office Manager (Gilbert)

    Full time position 
     
    Front desk receptionist/ administrative assistant/ office manager needed for the main office of a busy travel immunization office in Gilbert. This is Passport Health’s 7th office location in Arizona and is the main location for all day to day operations. 
    Daily tasks include, but are not limited to: answering a multi line phone, speaking with new and current clients about the available services and booking their appointment. Greeting clients. Putting away and organizing office supplies. Managing daily needs of office. Entering client sales into QuickBooks. Assisting executive staff.  
     
    Desired qualities: good communicator, organized, personable, must be able to multitask well, self-motivated, multi line phone experience, above average computer skills, must have past front office experience and/or administrative assistant experience, must demonstrate appropriate professional office attire and hygiene. QuickBooks experience a plus.
