    Vaseo Apartments, an Alliance Residential Community in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will:
     

     
    1. Be the first point of contact for all residents.
     

     
    2. Effectively direct traffic and maintain a warm and inviting environment in the resident waiting area.
     

     
    3. Answer all incoming calls and direct to the appropriate associate.
     

     
    4. Set and maintain appointments for office associates.
     

     
    5. Provide light administrative support to office associates.
     

     
    6. Provide resident service:
     

     
    – Promote a professional and courteous attitude with residents, peers, and future residents.
     
    – Consistently stand and greets all future residents.
     
    – Maintain accurate and detailed records of all resident issues, including final resolution.
     
    – Attend to resident concerns, complaints, or inquiries.
     

     
    7. Perform office responsibilities:
     

     
    – Implement a professional and courteous attitude throughout all property operations.
     
    – Promptly attend to resident complaints and/or comments.
     
    – Maintain the voicemail system.
     
    – Conduct positive customer service social calls.
     

     

     

     
    SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE:
     
    Position requires the ability to provide administrative support, which includes but is not limited to scheduling appointments, answering phone, and providing customer service. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all resident issues, including final resolution. In addition, the position requires the following skills: professional appearance and demeanor, good organizational skills, good verbal skills, strong customer service representation, assertiveness, ability to re-sell and promote the property, ability to accurately perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions.
     

     
    EXPERIENCE:
     
    Minimum one year experience in high level customer service background. High school diploma or equivalent required.
