Our client is seeking a Recruiter for a contract temporary assignment through February 2012.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalant of 4 years relevant experience in Human Resources
-5 years recruiting experience
-PeopleSoft experience is desired
-Experience in the energy industry is a plus

The recruiter will be using proactive methods to source, screen, interview and make recommendations for job opportunities. This person will work closely with management to obtain current and future needs of the business. This position is responsible for the entire recruitment process for a candidate from sourcing to on-boarding. Must have proficient knowledge of practices and technology used within the industry.

All candidates considered for the opportunity must pass a criminal history screening and a drug test.
