We now have an opening for a bright, enthusiastic, and motivated therapist recruiter to join our team! This is a terrific career opportunity to get your start in the hot field of medical recruiting, with full training provided.

Our corporate offices are in Central Phoenix, at 19th Avenue and Northern. The work environment at SYNERTX is friendly and casual, but highly productive and focused.

You would start with our company as a Junior Recruiter and spend most of your time on the phone making calls to therapists. Then, depending on your skills, abilities, and performance to date, you would be offered promotional opportunities to advance to Recruiting Specialist, and then finally Senior Recruiter. Expect to take at least 12 months to reach the Senior Recruiter level.

No experience is required as all training will by provided by SYNERTX, but a recruiting and/or sales and marketing background is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be a team player, be open to feedback, be flexible, have the availability to take and make calls in the evenings and weekends, and be motivated to close on candidates.
