Our company is a professional hiring organization providing an array of staffing solutions for our clients nationwide including: contract, contract-to-hire, employee screening services, direct hire, executive search placements and career counseling services. As a full service recruitment and consulting firm, we place and counsel professionals for opportunities in a wide range of industries and functional disciplines. Two of the major focuses of our company are medical recruiting (doctors, nurses, etc…) and IT (Information Technology) recruiting.
We are searching for an experienced or entry-level recruiter for an immediate opening.
As a recruiter you will:
Utilize an online sourcing databases to call potential candidates and generate interviews
Set, track and follow-up on candidates
Focus on efficient, timely follow up of sourced leads to ensure the highest success rate in setting interviews with solid QAI (Qualified, Available, Interested) candidates
Determine the type of employment and company experience the candidate is seeking and respond accordingly
Develop professional relationships with candidates to identify their goals and ambitions
Fully explain the steps of the interview process to candidates so that candidates are clear on expectations
Maintain positive working relationships with immediate team members and the company’s HR and recruiting teamMoney: Great competitive pay!
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5PM
