We are I’m looking for a sales oriented recruiter/project manager who’s excited to join a dynamic team focused on fulfilling a brand new major contract. You have to be fricking smart and think WAY outside the box. You’ll be delegated major projects requiring a unique mix of sales and detail orientation and at times, it will drive you bonkers. The work will include a wide variety of tasks — cold calling construction managers and engineers, creating candidate overviews, managing travel arrangements and even taking short road trips to foreign countries to make sure logistics are set up correctly.

Versatility and work ethic are key. . … we need you to show up early and stay late, while doing whatever it takes to succeed. You’ll get a couple days of excellent training and then you’ll be thrown into the mix. Although you’ll be a neophyte, we expect you to help us optimize processes and come up with creative ways to find candidates. You are a master of everything you try- not because you are great at everything, but because you don’t give up and you are resourceful as all hell.

Examples of specific daily tasks include:

*Make 80-100 telephone calls per day to a combination of hot leads and brand new ideas.
*Improve candidate resumes, eliminating errors and tailoring them to meet the needs of our clients.
*Carry on online market research that creates new leads and new markets.
*Turn your sales/recruiting hat into an operations hat when large projects require logistics
*Office stuff- bank deposits, book client meetings (I coach CEO’s), keep up database of clients & contacts, manage shipping of products sold via website, etc.
*Data entry and organization

We are looking for someone who:

*Can come in and hit the ground running- truly make it their own.
*Has serious sales and detail orientation. Extremely well organized
*Competitive with a drive to win at any cost and extremely money motivated
*Reliable with strong follow through
*Clicks well with the team
*Strong integrity
*Happily thrives in a support role, but also has leadership skills.
*The unique ability to clear all personal distractions and focus on work, while in the office.

This is a permanent 50+ hour per week job. Night time hours often required as the evening is often the only time to reach certain candidates.

You will start out on probation for 4 weeks and receive a $2K salary. If you exceed a well defined set of expectations in the first 30 days, you’ll immediately receive a raise to $3K per month salary + commissions + 100% Company Paid Health and Dental Insurance.
Over achievers will make $50K+ in your first year. If you aren’t an overachiever, don’t even bother applying!
