$24K Salary + Commissions with $75K + 1st Yr. Reasonable and expected and over $100K after that. Full Medical & Dental, Vision, and Disability Insurance available after 90 days.  
 
Reports to: VP Sales 
 
Job Purpose: Manage accounts in a protected territory.

Primary Responsibilities: 
• Present online product in an outbound sales environment (Phone, Fax, E-mail) 
• Negotiate contracts between our company and our client 
• Follow up on new leads, advertising generated activity, online inquiries, and self sourced leads 
• Identify and resolve client concerns in the sales process  
• Excellent telephone and written communication skills, attention to detail 
• Professional personality, strong probing skills, persistence 
• Able to engage management decision makers and influencers at any level 
• Protects OnlineBKmanager.com’s image and brand by keeping business trade secrets and other information confidential 
• Other duties as assigned 
 
 
Skills/qualifications:  
• Excellent communication skills (clear, personable, enthusiastic, precise and quick understanding of customer communication and implied needs) 
• Previous B2B sales experience helpful 
• Previous experience with ACT! or Goldmine CRM or other Contact Management system helpful 
• Knowledgeable of and efficient in Microsoft Office Programs 
• Individual must be self-motivated, and goal oriented 
• Candidate must be able to use a PC efficiently 
• Must be able to successfully pass a Pre-employment Background Check
