Requirements:

2+ years experience as a salaried manager in family or casual dining

Experience in sales volume of at least $2 million in sales

Evidence of structured management style

Ability to work at more than one unit for positions in large cities

Ability to maintain and increase sales

Demonstrated ability to train and develop hourly employees

Proven track record of building positive relationships with guests, employees, and vendors

successful track record in restaurant P&L management to meet required budgets

strong skills in team development with record of manager promotions

stable work history – no more than 3 jobs in last 9-10 years

career progression and promotability

sound track record of accomplishments
