RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Assist in setting up, updating and building social media sites 
 
• Create effective emails that showcase positive results and communicate them with the client 
 
• Create and maintain visible presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and other social media platforms. Identify and leverage social media monitoring tools and analyze the data to provide detailed analysis documents that trend social media performance 
• Continually monitor the social media landscape and related trends through seminars, research, blogging, etc. 
 
• Develop a set of best practices, recommended rules of engagement, and innovative initiatives for the use of various digital/social/mobile media. 
 
REQUIREMENTS: 
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary, Two year degree or working on a degree  
• IT/Technology, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Political Science 
• Ability to multi-task  
• Understanding of social media  
• Experienced builder and executer of online social media set up  
• Able to demonstrate previous ability to build and improve social media programs with top social media sites and tools. 
• Solid understanding of web metrics  
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing and communication skills. 
• Positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed at every opportunity. 
• Passion for building and launching new technologies. 
• Proficient in MS Office specifically: Excel, PowerPoint, Word 
• Attention to detail 
• Organizational effectiveness 
• Ability to adapt to changes quickly and effectively within your job 

• Location: Scottsdale, AZ
• Compensation: $12 hr at start then $15 up to 13 accts and $17 up to 17 accts and more
