Sales and Administrative Assistant (N Phx)

  • Established financial planner and wealth advisor for a leading financial services company is seeking the right individual to manage the office as well as enlarge the client base. This fast paced office handles all aspects of financial planning, including investments, insurance, and estate planning. As the administrative assistant, this person will prepare for appointments, provide fundamental client services, submit applications, and manage various projects as well as administrative responsibilities. The applicant MUST be computer literate, detail oriented, multi-task capable, and very personable. While the position is initially part time, the position also has the potential to grow into a full time salaried position based upon individual initiative and skill.
