Available Position:

Sales & Marketing Assistan
The Sales & Marketing Assistant position will provide support and assistance to the Sales & Marketing team. Overall objective: Work with staff/departments and external partners/vendors to ensure top-quality website content, up-to-date sales & marketing materials and special event coordination.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Proposal & Presentation Template Review
• Sales Proposal & Presentation Content Population (shared responsibility with Coordinator)
• New Business Lead Generation
• Campaign Management
• Tradeshow Campaign & Email Management
• Assist team in doing industry research to help populate: social media channels, simpleview blog, simpleGuides and other marketing materials
• Assist with preparation and execution of the Annual Summit
• Ad Hoc tasks and special projects will be assigned intermittently by Director of Marketing

REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in destination marketing preferred.
• Computer skills a must. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook), Knowledge of Adobe Products (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal
• Basic knowledge of HTML and basic design skills helpful.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task

PERFORMANCE METRICS
• Attendance, arriving at office on time
• Projects/tickets completed by due date
• Quality execution of tickets and projects

How will you be compensated?
This is an hourly based position and the hourly amount is determined on experience.
