SalesLogix Consultant (Phoenix)

ISM is seeking a certified SalesLogix / Sage CRM Consultant with direct experience implementing and training SalesLogix and Sage CRM, or has held a position as a SalesLogix administrator.
This person will be responsible for implementing new SalesLogix and Sage CRM installations, customizing SalesLogix to meet the client’s business requirements, providing administrator and end-user training, as well as providing on-going consulting and support services.
The right candidate will have 2-3 years’ experience with SalesLogix and Sage CRM implementations, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and be comfortable working both independently as well as part of a larger team.
Demonstrable expertise with SalesLogix is required for this position.
Ideal candidate will possess the following:
* Minimum 2-3 Years’ experience with SalesLogix in both a LAN and Web environment
* Experience with Sage CRM and MAS EES a plus
* Experience with SalesLogix / Sage CRM implementations
* Strong experience managing upgrades and implementing new systems based upon client requirements
* Experience training end-users and providing front-line support
* Crystal Reports development experience
* Certified SalesLogix Engineer, MAS EES, Sage CRM, etc.
