We are currently looking for a Saute Cook to join our Award-winning Different Pointe of View Fine Dining Restaurant, located at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort. Different Pointe of View is a AAA Four Diamond Award winner for 17 consecutive years, as well as being awarded "Best Restaurant Award", "Favorite Special Occasion Restaurant", "Best Atmosphere Award" and "Best Service Award" – Phoenix Magazine, "Most Romantic Restaurant" – New Times and "Best Wine with a View"-AZ Republic among many other accolades.
 

 
Job Summary:
 
Prepares food items in accordance with recipes and standards while maintaining a neat, clean and safe work environment . Visually inspects all foods sent from kitchen to make sure plates are clean and appetizing.
 

 
Requirements:
 
Must be able to work weekends and holidays; evening shift. Must be able to manage sauté and broiler station. Must be able to fill in on appetizer and pantry when needed. Must be motivated and composed under pressure. Must have good knife skills. Culinary school is a plus.
 
2 years cooking experience in a resort or full service restaurant is required.
