Massage Envy is the nation’s largest provider of therapeutic massage with over 650 clinics open in 44 states. We are expanding in the Tucson area and have immediate openings for sales and management staff in our busy Northwest (Oro Valley) and Foothills (Swan & Sunrise) membership massage centers – plus, we will open our third center on Tucson’s east side in November. We are in search of highly goal oriented, energetic, accountable individuals responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential new members. Applicants for these positions should have excellent sales, communication and customer service skills as well as good computer skills a must. Candidates must also be friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic, highly motivated and have a professional appearance and attitude. These positions are both full and part time and applicants must be willing to work some evenings and weekends. Initial primary duty will be to sell Massage Wellness Memberships – but we are looking for candidates who can quickly learn our business and move into “Selling Manager” positions.

• Available for flexible scheduling – clinics are open M-F 9am-9pm & Sat/Sun 9am-7pm – applicants must be willing to work some night and weekend hours

• Past successful management experience a strong plus

Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service to members/guests by answering phone calls and setting appointments

• Effectively communicate with members/guests on membership benefits, as well as clinic policies and procedures

• Greeting members/guests upon arrival and SELLING MEMBERSHIPS

• Assist in maintaining professional front desk and reception area

• Assist in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys

• Assist in maintaining top notch cleanliness of the entire clinic at all times

• Assist in marketing and promotion activities both in clinic and off-site

• Take initiative to help and train fellow employees

• Various duties as assigned by Clinic Management
