Senior Analog Chip Level Design Lead

Description:
Our Client is currently seeking a highly skilled Analog IC Design Engineer to join their Tucson, AZ design team developing the next generation of precision high voltage analog ICs. In this position you will be a key individual contributor involved in all aspects of the design cycle from concept through release to production, and will participate in the product definition process with direct marketing and customers.
Requirements:
To qualify for this position you MUST possess an MSEE and proven experience taking integrated circuits for high voltage applications such as power amplifiers, audio drivers, motor drivers, etc from concept to mass production. Must have advanced knowledge of the design circuitry at the transistor level, including opamps, pulse-width-modulators, bandgaps, amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers, cml, ttl, ecl and cmos logic design, oscillators, pulse and timing circuits, ADCs, DACs and be aware of logic design techniques (combinatorial, synchronous and asynchronous designs). Understanding of CMOS and BCD processes is required and you must be familiar with the latest CAD design tools/suites Cadence ADE, Virtuoso and SoC Encounter, Mentor Eldo and Calibre. Experience guiding Layout/Mask design is also required. Knowledge of mixed-signal IC system design partitioning, architectural trade-offs and high level simulation would be an advantage.

Minimum Education — MSEE with PhDEE preferred
Willingness to Travel — Occasionally
