Benchmarking & Best Practice engagements and Core System Business Needs Analysis can lead to cross-sales for ECM & Process Improvement.
ECM Readiness Assessments can lead to cross-sales in:
- Ancillary RFP projects for
o Support vendors
o Loan Origination Systems
- Benchmarking and Best Practices

Scope of Engagements:
- ECM Readiness Assessment
o 2-3 days onsite interviewing stakeholders in the targeted area(s)
o Presentation consists of
 State of ECM technology/skills in the bank,
 Priority areas to target
 Foundational activities required to be successful
 Organizational recommendations to be successful
 Sample, high-level workflow opportunities with benefits
- Process Improvement (targeted areas)
o 2-3 days onsite observing current process flows
o Benchmarking of target area
o Presentation consisting of
 Priority processes to target
 Mid-level design of image-enabled workflows
 Cost/benefit analysis in terms of FTE reduction based on benchmarks
o Pilot configuration and implementation of image-enabled workflow
 Workflow configuration
 Scan process design
 Limited Classification scheme design
o Project oversight of long-term process improvement
- Classification Scheme Design
o 2-3 days onsite meeting with stakeholders to identify document handling needs
o Iteratively developing a document naming convention
o Iteratively developing an indexing scheme
o Integrating document retention and disposition schedules into the classification scheme
o Designing processes to maintain the Classification Scheme
