As a Senior .NET Developer for Time America, in Scottsdale, AZ, your primary mission will be to code software for the exciting launch of our next generation product. We have the architect in place, and now we need you to join our small team of four developers to help build another world-class time and attendance software solution. To join our small team, we require that you have:

• Expert level .NET/C# experience
• Experience with either Silverlight or ASP.Net MVC
• Experience w/ WCF or REST web services
• Understanding of TDD and common design patterns

It would be a plus if you had:

• Experience with some MVVM framework (Prism, MVVM Light, Jounce, etc)
• Experience with NHibernate, Entity Framework or some other ORM
• Familiarity with Inversion of Control and Dependency Injection (AutoFac, Structure Map, Castle Windsor, Unity, MEF, Ninject, etc)

And while not required, your application will get priority if you have demonstrated experience with:

• Design Patterns
• Domain Driven Design (DDD)
• Refactoring
• Agile/SCRUM
