POSITION PURPOSE:
<br>
The Software Quality Assurance Senior Level position will be responsible to test code of existing product lines and new product development. The tester should be familiar with software testing methodology and the system development life cycle. This individual should have extensive technical knowledge. This experience will be used to troubleshoot problems and design new test plans and test cases. Participation in design specification reviews and technical documentation reviews is essential to performing these duties. Effectively communicates with team members, management, and other departments.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
<br>
• Define and implement a test framework to support efficient functional, regression, performance, scalability and stress test for Java application and database.
<br>
• Analyze architecture to identify and design test cases
<br>
• Design and execute a test for Web based GUI application, create and maintain automated test suite to support multiple browsers types.
<br>
• Define and execute integration test for a fully integrated system
<br>
• Contribute to product design to ensure testability and robustness of products and features
<br>
• Work with developers to resolve software faults and address performance issues
<br>
• Provide technical leadership for the QA team
<br>
• Keep informed of company and departmental policies
<br>
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
<br>
• Ability to work overtime on rare occasions

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to type for long periods of time.
<br><br>
ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS:
<br>
• This position is full time. Employee is expected to work 40 hours weekly.
<br>
• Schedule will be determined by the supervisor. Employee is expected to follow the schedule.

• Employee is to report to his or her supervisor if unable to attend work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Familiar with the following:

• Strong technical background coupled with in depth experience testing and troubleshooting software.

• Experience with software security and accounting, preferred.

• Understanding of programming concepts and best practices.
<br>
• Experience designing and implementing white box test cases, preferred.
<br>
• Practical working knowledge of software testing methodology.
<br>
• Ability to document performance data.
<br>
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
<br>
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to interface effectively with all levels of employees/management
